YantraGo End-User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Cachelatte LLC ("Cachelatte", "we"). By downloading, installing or using YantraGo (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Software and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

1. Licence grant

When you buy YantraGo, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use the version you bought. You may install it on up to 3 computers that you own or control, for personal or commercial work. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

You may not share, resell, rent, lend or sublicense the Software or your download link; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this despite this limit; remove or change any copyright, trademark or licence notices; or use it to build a competing product.

3. Your images and data

You own the patterns, images, sounds and other output you create with YantraGo, and may use them for any purpose, including commercial work. The Software runs on your computer and does not send us your data.

4. Ownership

Cachelatte owns the Software and all rights in it, including its source code, which is not licensed to you. The YantraGo name and logo are our trademarks. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the NOTICE file that ships with the Software; nothing here limits your rights under those licences.

5. Updates

Your licence covers all 1.x updates of YantraGo at no extra cost. A future major version (2.0 and later) may be sold separately. We are not obliged to provide updates or support.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. YantraGo simulates physics numerically; we do not guarantee that its results match any physical plate, and you should not rely on it for safety-critical or engineering decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cachelatte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

8. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Somerset County, New Jersey. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.

10. Purchase and payment

Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own terms of sale. Questions about billing, invoices or taxes go to Lemon Squeezy; questions about the Software go to us.

11. Entire agreement and changes

This agreement, the Refund Policy and the Lemon Squeezy terms of sale are the whole agreement between us about the Software. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms for future versions; the version you accepted governs the copy you bought.

Refund Policy

If YantraGo doesn't work for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

1. Email support@cachelatte.com within 30 days of buying, from the address you used at checkout, with your order number.
2. We approve it within 3 business days. Lemon Squeezy returns the money to your original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up.
3. After the refund, your licence ends, and you must delete YantraGo from your computers.

After 30 days, we refund only if the law requires it, or if a defect we cannot fix stops YantraGo from running on a supported system (macOS on Apple silicon or Intel, or 64-bit Linux). We may refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Privacy

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

YantraGo runs entirely on your computer and sends nothing to us. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing details and IP address to process the payment and taxes, under its own privacy policy, and shares your name, email and order details with us so we can provide support and refunds. We never sell your information. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@cachelatte.com.
